Technique #8 - watercolor over oil pastel "resist"



Here is a spread with a stamp across it.


I decided to use oil pastels in the negative spaces


I floated blue watercolors over the pages. It colors the areas without oil pastel but beads up on the oil pastels. I love this effect.
