Here is another one from the TV. It is a frozen corn field I think in Nebraska.

Lots of hand stitching ahead and you know how bad I am at embroidery!!

  1. Great opportunity to practice your hand stitching, I'm thinkin'! ;-) I'm getting ready to do some 4" squares with scraps of fabric and hand stitching, just to get me back into doing hand work. It's good to stretch our wings, right?

    1. I got about 2/3 way through the hand stitching and my sister came for a few weeks. Must finish it because she is moving here next week. A dream come true. (She is an avid quilter). We took Jackie Cardy's felting workshop (thank you Judy) and did some good work. You'll see it soon. After we move from "visit" to "permanent status" we will probably get loads more done. We spent a lot of time eating out. hehe

  2. Wow, that is wonderful! You can definitely make up for lost time now! And I'm glad you took the workshop... I have to find time to watch the last video, but keep finding projects to work on... maybe this weekend.
