The Sketchbook

I went with the blotted blue and purple paper then chose one of my hand dyed embroidery threads for the Coptic stitching

Here is the finished book

and spine

A sample of how some of the pages came out. Remember Laura Kemshall's "Finish Me" journals from a year or two back? I can now work back into some of these pages as well. My hats off to Laura for all her  great idea, this also being one of them.

  1. Love the book, and especially the hand-dyed embroidery threads!! How did you get them so variegated and beautifully colored?
