Really all I did was assemble the blocks, cut the batting and backing, pin it then bind it because she wanted to use embroidery floss to tack it here and there.
As a mutual friend, I think always says, Wowie Wow! I am wowed!
It looks great. I imagine it's quite satisfying to finish a project like this one.
